We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Sand Delivery Work within Philippine Pasay Reclamation development project, when preparing your quotation, please submit with proposal and procedure, duration time of procedure.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by CHEC after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.

Please take note of the following requirements and conditions pertaining to thesupply ofthementionedservicesabove:

Function:	Sand Delivery Work for Philippine Pasay Reclamation development project
Requirement	1.Subcontractorshould have relevant and valid certificates including the license of equipmentand operator，etc. 2.Capacity to supply enough equipments, especially excavator and dump truck. 3.The maximum comprehensive unit price is PHP 95/m³ (VAT inclusive), quotation over this price will be rejected.
Locationofservice	Philippine Pasay Reclamation development project
Scope of work	1.Sanddeliveryworksfromadesignatedlocation,dischargethe sand into designated stockpile areas and leveling;(routes are all within project site, and the transport distance is not more than 1km) 2.Tentative quantity: Sand delivery for 2,533,117.00 m³; 3.Management for the equipments and workers during the whole contract period, including HSE management, repairing, bunkering, ect.

Measurement Method	The determination of the completed work quantity shall adopt the pre-excavation and post-excavation measurement method within the designated excavation area, and the actual volume (m³) shall be used for calculation.
PaymentTerms	Subcontractor should provide application for completeworkseach month. The Contractor will make payment to the SUBCONTRACTOR within thirty (30) days after receiving the certified invoice from the CONTRACTOR. Foreverymonthlyprogresspaymentapplication,12%ofthecertifiedworkvalueshallbewithheld by the CONTRACTOR as retention money.

Services offered shall be reviewed based on completeness and compliance of the quotation with the minimum requirement described above and any other annexes providing details of CHEC requirements.

【1】CHECreservestherightnottoawardthecontracttothelowestpricedoffer,ifthesecondlowestpriceamongtheresponsiveofferisfoundtobesignificantlymoresuperior,andthepriceishigherthanthelowestpricedcompliantofferbynotmorethan10%,andthebudgetcansufficientlycoverthepricedifference.Theterm“moresuperior”asusedinthisprovisionshallrefertooffersthathaveexceededthepre-determinedrequirementsestablishedinthespecification.

【2】ThiscontactpersonandaddressisdesignatedbyCHEC.Ifinquiriesaresenttootherperson/soraddress/es,eveniftheyareCHECstaff,CHECshallhavenoobligationtorespondnorcanCHECconfirmthatthequerywasreceive

The quotation that complies with all of the requirements and offers the lowest price, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.

Any discrepancy between the unit price and the total price (obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity) shall be re-computed by CHEC. The unit price shall prevail and the total price shall be corrected. If the supplier does not accept the final price based on CHEC’s re-computation and correction of errors, its quotation will be rejected.

CHEC is not bound to accept any quotation, nor award a contract/Purchase Order, nor be responsible for any costs associated with a Supplier’s preparation and submission of a quotation, regardless of the outcome or the manner of conducting the selection process.

CHEC implements a zero tolerance on fraud and other proscribed practices, and is committed to identifying and addressing all such acts and practices against CHEC.
