2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：境外投标人交货地点为CIF中国上海港,境内投标人交货地点为宝武铝业科技有限公司项目现场

交货时间：境外投标人合同生效以后16个月内FOB，境内投标人合同生效后16个月内交货

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;

（3）投标人或设备制造商应具有铝热轧机工作辊的供货业绩6根及以上；

2. Delivery time and place：

Delivery time：FOB within 16 months after the foreign bidder"s contract takes effect; delivery within 16 months after the domestic bidder"s contract takes effect.

Delivery place：The place of delivery of the overseas bidder is CIF Shanghai Port of China, The delivery place of the domestic bidder is the project site of Baowu Aluminum Technology Co Ltd.

3. *The bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Website (http://www.chinabidding.com), and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

(3)Bidders or equipment manufacturers should have supply performance of 6 or more working rolls for aluminum hot rolling mills;

(4)Owing to the complexity of the project and the high technical requirements, any bidder or equipment manufacturer wishing to participate in the project should contact the Tenderee for technical exchanges and sign a technical agreement before the opening of bids. Bidders who fail to sign the technical agreement will have their bids rejected.
